You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any verified cash balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method on record, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of pending fraud investigations.

Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to a Member's Balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are credited within thirty (30) minutes of confirmed receipt, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals within ten (10) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes. These timings are targets under normal operating conditions and may be extended during periods of exceptionally high transaction volumes or where additional verification is required.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts or methods registered to third parties are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. hoki9 complies with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time.
